Two non-BCS conference teams that had dreams of going undefeated with a possible BCS bowl bid will meet in the GMAC Bowl tonight when the Ball State Cardinals (12-1 SU, 8-3-1 ATS) meet the Tulsa Golden Hurricane (10-3 SU, 7-5 ATS). Ball State is playing its first game since their crushing 42-24 MAC Championship loss to Buffalo despite the NCAA odds listing the Cardinals as lofty 15-point favorites. Meanwhile, Tulsa is also looking to avenge a conference championship loss, a 27-24 college football betting defeat to East Carolina that cost the Hurricane the C-USA title.
Ball State is led by sensational QB and MAC Offensive Player of the Year, Nate Davis. In 13 starts this year, Ball State bettors saw Davis put up dazzling numbers.
