New Way to post Comments At CappersPicks.com

As I’m sure most of you have figured out by now, we yanked our old commenting system.

We want to give a better experience on CappersPicks.com/blog and we hope Disqus is a step in that direction. If you have any questions, we’ll do our best to answer them. And of course if you do run into any problems, please let us know so we can get them sorted out.

New Comment System At CappersPicks.com

We wish the OLD system the best but are moving forward with DISQUS comments system.

Some of you may even be familiar with it as it’s been used by TechCrunch a GREAT tech blog.

The feature set is very similar to the old one we had, but Disqus has been around longer and had more time to work out the kinks.

As for logging in to comment, you can post as a guest, but I don’t recommend it for regular commenters since it makes you re-enter your name and email address for each comment.

I’d recommend logging in through your Facebook account.

For you impatient guys it literally only takes a click or two if you’re already signed into Facebook.

Creating a Disqus profile is super simple as well.

All you have to do is enter your email address, your username and choose a password. Disqus will then send you an email with further instructions. Login with Twitter, with Facebook, or any of the other options!

Disqus has a mobile commenting system for those of you with smartphones. Those with iPhones, Androids and Blackberry’s, please let me know if you have issues.

Thanks again for your patience and support.
