Cappers Eagles vs. 49ers Betting Trends + Pick

Preview and Week 6 NFL cappers matchup tips for this week’s Philadelphia Eagles vs. San Francisco 49ers matchup, plus an NFL Betting Preview, a look at the gambling trends, plus a free pick

Dysfunctional Eagles on Road against Niners

BetUS NFL Sportsbook bettors should know one thing about the Philadelphia Eagles, (2-3 SU, 3-2 ATS, 2-3 O/U) heading into their Week 6 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, (2-3 SU, 2-3 ATS, 2-2-1 O/U).

Quarterback Donovan McNabb is off his rocker!

Despite getting totally dominated for the game’s final three quarters in their 23-17 home loss to the surprising Washington Redskins, McNabb came out with some Terrell Owens-like idiotic comments about how the Eagles were clearly the ‘better team’ and how he was “embarrassed.”

McNabb, who passed for 196 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions against the Skins, will take on the Niners this week in a road contest they must absolutely win if they are to maintain their postseason hopes.

The 49ers lost to New England 30-21 as 3-point home underdog in Week 5. Quarterback J.T. O’Sullivan threw for 130 yards with three touchdowns, but also threw three interceptions. Veteran wide receiver Isaac Bruce caught three passes for 49 yards and two touchdowns.

Despite their recent losses, Philadelphia is ranked ninth in total offense and tenth in scoring, (25.4 ppg). However, the team’s best player, running back Brian Westbrook is injured with two broken ribs, despite the fact that he will play against the Niners.

The 49ers were held to a season-low 199 total yards and outscored 23-7 in the final three quarters of their loss to New England.

Turnovers have been the key to San Francisco’s success – and failures. The Niners committed three turnovers last week and have committed 11 total in three losses, compared to just one in their two wins. San Francisco is ranked 21st in total offense and 22nd in total defense.

Here is a look at the key trends for each team, followed by my in-depth analysis and NFL Wagering Free Picks:

Analysis: The Eagles should be thanking their lucky stars they don’t face a real quality opponent this week or they’d be looking at three straight losses!

While I really don’t think very highly of McNabb – or the Eagles for that matter – they are the correct pick to win and cover in this contest as they are simply the better team here.

However, I also want to encourage all BetUS NFL Sportsbook bettors to take the Over which is the best et for this contest!
