Without wasting any more of your time, here is the Week 3 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickup List, for the NFL games going on this week (Week 3). Good Luck!!!

QUARTERBACKS

1. Matt Cassel, Patriots
Cassel is the top recommended QB this week, he’s still learning, but looked decent versus the Jets.

2. J.T. O’Sullivan, 49ers
Looked cool as a cucumber playing the “Vaunted” Seahawks D at Qwest Field. This nobody could surprise down the road.

3. Trent Edwards, Bills
Buffalo’s schedule gets softer in the coming weeks with games against Oakland, St. Louis and Arizona.

RUNNING BACKS

1. Darren Sproles, Chargers
LaDainian Tomlinson aggravated his turf toe injury during Sunday’s loss to the Broncos. So, check his week 3 status, if you own him, you better own Sproles too.

2. Michael Bush, Raiders
Justin Fargas injured his groin in Sunday’s game against the Raiders. McFadden pulled up late in the game with turf toe. Who knows if Bush sees the field, but, if you’re desperate…

3. Michael Pittman, Broncos
The Broncos look like they’re for real and should be able to score points on any team in the NFL. Pittman is the goalline back in Denver right now.

4. Pierre Thomas, Saints
If Reggie Bush were to go down with an injury….

WIDE RECEIVERS

1. Amani Toomer, Giants
Toomer’s upside is limited, but if you need a bye week fill-in, you could do worse than him.

2. Bryant Johnson, 49ers
Finished Week 2 with six receptions for 78 yards and a touchdown and it looks like he’s earned the trust of O’Sullivan.

3. Isaac Bruce, 49ers
We’ll bite and put Bruce down here, even though he really just loves playing against Trufant of Seattle and Martz is his OC again…maybe, just maybe he has 700 yards this year.

4. Chris Henry, Bengals
Back in Week 5. The troubled wideout could be a good bye week fill in if you need to fill a roster sport for your receiving corps.

5. James Jones, Packers
With Green Bay’s offense clicking, Jones could become a viable fantasy player, and it looks like there’s enough catches to go around between Driver, Jennings, Lee and Jones

TIGHT ENDS

1. Tony Scheffler, Broncos
A 2 TD day from the supposed backup…we’ll see.

2. John Carlson, Seahawks
This is a no-brainer. Grab the rookie! He’s the only HEALTHY Seahawks pass catcher who started training camp with the club. Yes you heard right the Seahawks have lost SIX receivers to injury now, and a backup QB who plays WR – Seneca Wallace….ouch.

D/ST

1. San Francisco 49ers
Lookup the Detroit Lions Offensive Stats…
