Week 15 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire

Week 15 NFL waiver wire plus fantasy football lineup tips to help decide who to start or bench on your fantasy football team…

WAIVER WIRE WEEK 15

This is our waiver wire pick-ups column. Dave B scours the free agent pools in fantasy land for the best available talent every week. Availability, of course, depends on the league. We’re using 12 team, 15 roster spot leagues as the median, but we’ll look for roster candidates for leagues of all shapes and sizes.

After all of the weekly games are finished be sure to check our cheatsheets, a who’s hot, and who’s not report plus more in our fantasy football guide.

Ahhhh, Week 15 – If you are looking at the Waiver Wire for someone to help you advance in your Fantasy playoffs, I’m truly sorry. There are some intriguing names for sure, but none will get you into the money.

Anyways, have a look at very least to the names on Dave B’s Week 15 Waiver Wire.

QB’S

Chad Henne – Miami – The dude looks like the real deal, completing 21 of 29 passes win Week 14 for 220 yards. He also added a rushing touchdown.

RB’S

Darren McFadden – Oakland – Maybe this is the week that McFadden has finally emerged in Oakland. He had more touches that Justin Fargas, and out gained him 105-21. We know that he’s got the talent, it’s whether he can sustain and build on a Week 14 effort. Your guess is as good as mine.

Quinton Ganther – Washington – Running Back #4 for Washington had quite a game against the Raiders. He had almost 20 touches, and gained 93 combined yards with 2 touchdowns on the day. If this guy is gonna start for a running team, he’s worth a look.

Josh Cribbs – Cleveland – Word out of Cleveland is that Cribbs might move from receiver to running back and why not? He managed 87 yards rushing in Week 14 out of the Wildcat on just 8 attempts. Cribbs is a talent and if you are short at RB, Cleveland has a juicy Week 15 matchup against Kansas City.

Chris Jennings – Cleveland – Roll the dice time!!! Jennings got the bulk of the carries in Week 14 (20) and rushed for 73 yards and a score. With the Chiefs up next, he could be serviceable.Sports Betting at Sportsbook.com

Others to Monitor: Arian Foster – Houston – 17 touches in Week 14

Maurice Morris – Detroit – Kevin Smith is OUT for the year.

WR’S

Devin Aromashodu – Chicago – Who???? My reaction too!! 8 catches for 76 yards and a touchdown has Aromashodu with the “out of nowhere stat line” of the year so far.

Greg Camarillo – Miami – Last week it was Davone Bess, this week it’s Camarillo who exploded. 7 catches for 110 yards has Camarillo on the Fantasy radar.

Others to Monitor: Michael Jenkins – Atlanta : Jabar Gaffney – Denver : Derek Anderson – Houston: : Andre Caldwell – Cincinnati

TE’S

Jermichael Finley – Green Bay – This guy has been great for the last 2 weeks. He’s a big part of the Packers passing game and should warrant some attention.

Ben Watson – New England – He has been on the Fantasy radar for years – he just gets forgotten about with all of Tom Brady’s toys. If you are in desperate need for a Tight End, you could do far worse.

Defense

Houston Texans – They looked OK against the Seahawks and they play a St. Louis team that might be without Steven Jackson and will be starting some dude named Keith Null at Quarterback.

Cleveland Browns – Slowed down a pretty good Offense in Pittsburgh and now they play a sputtering Kansas City team.

Tennessee Titans – Rounding into form – maybe too late.

Miami needs Henne performing at a high level if they want to stay in the playoff chase so he should every chance to rack up some points over the next three weeks.

Quinton Ganther is another good pick up as the Redskins may be preparing him as a replacement for Clinton Portis.
