Several factors are considered, including strength of opponent, recent performances, individual matchups and all the intangibles that encompass an NFL matchup. Such as rivalries, weather, team moral, and playing against a former team. Injuries, experience and the possibility of splitting playing time are also a factor. In some cases, certain players are must-starts every week and rarely drop below the top spots or are removed unless they are injured.

While I know it is a homer call, but look for Donovan McNabb and Brent Celek to have a big game this week.

Although he is not listed above it looks like WR DeSean Jackson will be back in the lineup for this game for Philly.
