If you haven’t yet started your fantasy playoffs, this will be the week when you put it all on the line. If you are looking toward the Waiver Wire in hopes of winning a championship, I regret to inform you that there is a serious lack of Studs. However, there is definitely some intriguing RB2s and WR2/WR3s. Take a look, choose wisely and good luck in your Fantasy playoffs!

QBs

Tavarris Jackson – Minnesota Vikings – The Vikings have to make a move at some time don`t they? Luckily for them it was injury that forced them to see what Jackson could do. Coach Leslie Frazier has stated that Favre, if healthy, is his starter, so monitor the situation carefully.

Drew Stanton – Detroit Lions – Stanton takes over an offense that has proven that it doesn`t matter who is throwing the ball. There are immense weapons on this team. Stanton passed for 178 yards and a touchdown Sunday and added a score on the ground. If you are absolutely desperate, take a look at Stanton who has no competition, plays indoors and has a great supporting cast.

Kerry Collins – Tennessee Titans – Collins did absolutely nothing on Sunday but he should improve as the weeks go on. Remember, he does have Randy Moss, a returning Kenny Britt and a dude named Chris Johnson in his offense!

RBs

Tashard Choice – Dallas Cowboys – Choice has earned more playing time and with Jason Garrett`s new commitment to the run, Choice may be a good pick up. He is always going to split carries but if he gets 12-15 carries per game, he will do some damage. Dallas has a pretty easy schedule in Weeks 15 and 16 particularly so don`t sleep on Choice.

James Starks – Green Bay Packers – The Packers have a running game! And it isn`t Brandon Jackson. Starks ran the ball 18 times on Sunday compared to Jackson`s four! He looks to be the primary back for an absolutely incredible offensive team for the rest of the season and is certainly worth a look.

Tim Hightower – Arizona Cardinals – Consider the Beanie Wells experiment over! Thank God! Tim Hightower got nearly all of the touches out of the backfield on Sunday and gained 81 yards. Hightower looks like Ken Weisenhunt`s favourite right now – not saying a lot, but saying something nonetheless.

Marshawn Lynch – Seattle Seahawks – Lynch had three touchdowns on Sunday and deserves a look. But he has been as inconsistent as any back in the NFL. If you are a gambling man, Lynch may be your guy. Sports Betting at Sportsbook.com

WRs

Roy Williams – Dallas Cowboys – Dez Bryant broke his leg and I don’t think that Kevin Ogletree is much of an option for Jon Kitna. That leaves Williams as the unquestioned WR2 on the high powered Cowboys.

Anthony Armstrong – Washington Redskins – Armstrong gets the targets and he gets the catches. He appears to be overtaking Santana Moss and Donovan McNabb’s favourite target. On Sunday, he caught six passes for 97 yards and a touchdown for a team that will have to throw a lot down the stretch.

Earl Bennett – Chicago Bears – Bennett followed up a very productive four catch, 56 yards, two touchdown Week 12 with seven catches for 104 yards in Week 13. Bennett seems like the Isaac Bruce of the Bears – under the radar but as dependable as they come.

TEs

Ben Watson – Cleveland Browns – Watson is probably already gone but if not, he is certainly worthy of a pickup. Need proof? 10 catches for 100 yards and a touchdown is your proof.

Cameron Morrah – Seattle Seahawks – Jon Carlson was forced to sit on Sunday and Morrah came through in a big way. He had 69 yards on three catches on Sunday and has obviously caught the eye of Matt Hasselbeck.

Jimmy Graham – New Orleans Saints – Thoughts were that once Jeremy Shockey returned from injury, that Graham’s production would fall off. He caught three passes for 72 yards on Sunday to disprove that notion.

Defense

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – If your defense is struggling, look no further than the Bucs. They have been a solid unit, generating middle of the road stats when it comes to sacks and turnovers. Middle of the road looks like Gold when you consider their next three games – Washington, Detroit and Seattle.
