Philadelphia at Buffalo 1:00 PM

Shootout time in Buffalo! Start Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy, DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin for sure. Brent Celek may be an OK bye-week fill in and the Phili defense has to show up sometime – I think this is the week! For Buffalo, Ryan Fitzpatrick is just OK this week – he seems to be slipping a bit after a Hot start. Fred Jackson is automatics but the receivers deserve a second look. Despite the Eagles pass Defense, Steve Johnson and David Nelson are both good bets. Scott Chandler may also score.

Kansas City at Indianapolis 1:00 PM

It is hard to look at anyone for Kansas City but Dwayne Bowe is decent and Steve Breaston is a desperation PPR start. For Indianapolis, the same rings true. Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark and Pierre Garcon are the only players worth using.

Arizona at Minnesota 1:00 PM

Kevin Kolb could be an OK fill-in this week but he certainly isn’t a great option although Larry Fitzgerald, as always is. Beanie Wells was terrific last week and should be started as well. For the Vikings, I am still down on Donovan McNabb bit Adrian Peterson has to be started. Vishante Shiancoe and Percy Harvin are just OK but best to keep on benches.

Seattle at NY Giants 1:00 PM

Tavaris Jackson may be OK this week – the Hawks are surely to be playing from behind. Sidney Rice is a good option but wait on Doug Baldwin – last week may have been a fluke! Stay away from the running game. For the Giants, Eli Manning is hot and deserves a start along with his favorite target Hakeem Nicks. Victor Cruz has become an intriguing flex and I am not trusting Mario Manningham just yet. Both the Giants RBs are good flex plays this week – I think they will be running the ball a lot. Start the Giants defense as well this week.

Tennessee at Pittsburgh 1:00 PM

If stuck, Matt Hasselbeck is an OK option along with Nate Washington and Jared Cook who are OK, not great this week. Don’t be embarrassed to start Tennessee’s defense too – they have been solid and are going up against a banged up Steelers team. Big Ben will start for Pittsburgh but temper your expectations. The only sure-fire starter is Mike Wallace. Antonio Brown and Isaac Redman will be serviceable flex players. [ad-8469823]

New Orleans at Carolina 1:00 PM

Brees is obvious. Darren Sproles and Jimmy Graham are very good starts as well. The other RBs scare me and if possible, I would stay away! The WR position is a crap shoot as well. If I had to rank them it would go Meachem, Moore, Henderson and then Colston. Cam Newton has become an every week play as has Steve Smith. Jonathan Stewart as a flex is the only other Panther worthy of a start this week. DeAngelo sucks!

Cincinnati at Jacksonville 1:00 PM

You could start Andy Dalton is absolutely stuck. Jermaine Gresham and AJ Green are both good starts this week however. For the Jags, Maurice Jones-Drew is dependable this week and Mike Thomas could be started if your other WRs are on a bye.

Oakland at Houston 1:00 PM

Jason Campbell could be useful if you are a gambling man but the only sure-fire starter is Darren McFadden. For Houston, Andre Johnson is OUT – Jacoby Jones is an OK start along with Owen Daniels in the passing game. Matt Schaub’s numbers will be limited this week by, you guessed it, Stud Arian Foster who absolutely has to be started.

Tampa Bay at San Francisco 4:05 PM

Expect simply OK numbers from all of you 49ers this week. Frank Gore and Vernon Davis are the best bets to have good games obviously with Josh Morgan and Michael Crabtree acting as dice roles to be productive. For the Bucs, I think the same rings true – OK but not great numbers. Josh Freeman, LeGarrette Blount, Mike Williams and Kellen Winslow are OK not great starters this week.

San Diego at Denver 4:15 PM

Drew Brees and Vincent Jackson are automatic. Ryan Matthews is quietly the 5th best combined yards back in the NFL and deserves a start as well. Everyone else is a total crap shoot. For the Broncos, Willis McGahee and Brandon Lloyd are the only sure-fire starters and I may go with Eric Decker after what he has done the last couple of weeks.

NY Jets at New England 4:15 PM

Ugh! The Jets! I think that Mark Sanchez bounces back this week and may be worth a risk. Shonne Green and LaDainian Tomlinson could be OK as well but be prepared for a letdown as usual with these two. Dustin Keller, Plaxico Burress and Santonio Holmes all deserve flex consideration only. For New England, Brady, Welker and Gronkowski are as automatic as they come right now. Deion Branch and Stevan Ridley could be used a flex options this week but are risky.

Green Bay at Atlanta 8:20 PM

Good times in Atlanta! Aaron Rodgers, Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson and Jermichael Finley have to be in lineups. The running game is a mystery to me! Atlanta is incredible at home. I am starting Matt Ryan, Michael Turner, Roddy White Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez this week in what should be a shootout.

Chicago at Detroit 8:30 PM

Matt Forte is simply sizzling and can’t be benched – that’s about it for the Bears. For Detroit, Matt Stafford and Calvin Johnson are absolutely unbenchable. Jahvid best is useful in PPR leagues and Brandon Pettigrew is a fine TE option. I am not sure who to suggest between Titus Young and Nate Burleson – seriously!

Byes: Cleveland, Dallas, St. Louis, Miami, Washington, Baltimore
