Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic
Miami Heat +1-110

My free pick on the Sixers won last night, lets keep the moneytrain rolling tonight with the Heat. Tonight in Orlando at the Amway Center the Heat visit the Magic in game 1 of the TNT Doubleheader. These 2 teams have met 2x already this year. They split both. Miami notched a convincing 96-70 home victory on Oct. 29 and Orlando won 104-95 at home on Nov. 24. The Magic come into this one sporting a 31-18 record, the Heat have a 34-14 record. Miami has won 3 consecutive games after defeating the Cavs 117-90 Monday. Wade is averaging 33.3 points and 10.7 rebounds over the last three games. I like Miami tonight, just too many pieces for Orlando to stop. Wade heating up, LeBron and Bosh healthy again, Ilgauskas and Miller playing their best ball of the season is just to much for Orlando at this point of the season. Trends I like for this one include, Miami is 4-1 SU in its last 5 games, Heat are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600. Magic are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. Magic are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 vs. NBA Southeast.

South Alabama vs. Western Kentucky
Play: 1 Unit Western Kentucky -10-110

Western Kentucky defeated South Alabama in Mobile back in January a game in which they won by nine points. South Alabama is 0-3 ATS revenging a home loss and 2-8 ATS as an underdog. South Alabama has struggled against conference opponents posting a record of 6-18 ATS their last 24 games. Western Kentucky has actually won and covered their last four contests including two games on the highway at Florida International and Florida Atlantic. WKU is coming off a road underdog victory over Florida Atlantic on January 29 57 to 53 as a 6.5-point road underdog. This is significant because Western Kentucky is perfect at 3-0 ATS coming off a straight up win versus a conference rival in their last game. WKU coming off two consecutive SU wins and now playing at home in this line range has gone 13-4 ATS, they are 17-7-1 ATS if the won both SU and ATS in those contests and a solid 12-3-1 ATS if they are coming off a straight up road win in their last game. We look for Western Kentucky to continue their recent success versus an overmatched South Alabama team. Lay the chalk here as the Hilltoppers roll past the Jaguars on Thursday night. Three games make up the NBA’s schedule for Thursday, with Milwaukee at Golden State, San Antonio at the Lakers, and Miami at Orlando. In NBA news today Kobe Bryant didn’t mince words when asked about the seemingly constant criticism that the Los Angeles Lakers receive. New Orleans Hornets forward Trevor Ariza left Wednesday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder with a sprained right ankle. Portland Trail Blazers guard Wesley Matthews suffered an apparent right ankle injury in the second quarter of Wednesday’s game against the Denver Nuggets. Thursday CBB Betting

4 games involving ranked teams highlight the college basketball schedule for Thursday, with No. 21 Arizona at Stanford, No. 20 Washington at Oregon State, No. 9 Notre Dame at DePaul, and Michigan at No. 1 Ohio State. IN CBB news today Ohio State’s No.1 ranking was the only constant in this week’s version of the ESPN/USA Today top 25 Coaches Poll, released on Monday. The lone remaining unbeaten division I squad, Ohio State (22-0) received all 31 first-place votes after topping then-No. 12 Purdue and surviving a scare from Northwestern.

Thursday NHL Hockey Betting

there are six games on the ice around the NHL on Thursday, with Dallas at Boston, Nashville at Philadelphia, Carolina at Toronto, Calgary at Atlanta, Minnesota at Colorado, and New Jersey at the Rangers. IN NHL news today Pittsburgh Penguins center Evgeni Malkin will return to the lineup for Friday’s game against the Buffalo Sabres. Johan Franzen uttered the obvious after his milestone night.
After becoming the first player in over three years to score five goals in a game, the Detroit Red Wings star sheepishly credited his teammates for his accomplishment. New York Islanders goaltender Rick DiPietro suffered an undisclosed injury during his one-punch fight with Pittsburgh Penguins netminder Brent Johnson.
