BC was one of the favorites to contend for the Western Conference Title this season but an 0-4 start has derailed their aspirations for the time being. Winnipeg has demonstrated an unexpected balance so far this season – the defense is allowing just 293 yards per game and the offense is coming off its best game of the season – Buck Pierce was 22 of 27 for 361 yards and three touchdowns last week.
Winnipeg has been solid on both sides of the ball this season and is a handful for any team.
