Cowboys QB Zac Robinson suffered a concussion last week and may not even go tonight. If he does end up out on the field tonight, don't expect the coaching staff to put him in many situations where he could take another hit. I expect Oklahoma State to rely on its running game from the running back position and not from Robinson tonight. Plus, Oklahoma State's defense has really played well in recent weeks, holding 4 of its last 5 opponents to 17 points or less. Colorado has really struggled to score the football on the road, scoring 14 or less in its last 3 road games, including a poor 10-point performance against an Iowa State team that was crushed 34-8 by Oklahoma State on November 7th. The Buffaloes are 12-3 to the Under in road games after 1 or more losses against the spread under coach Hawkins. Bet the Under.
NFL | Nov 19, 2009 Miami Dolphins vs. Carolina Panthers
6* Thursday Night NFL *HEAVY HITTER* on Dolphins +3.5
The Dolphins may be without Ronnie Brown, but the Panthers are likely to be without Jonathan Stewart so I feel those injuries pretty much cancel each other out. The most significant injury tonight is the one to stud tackle Jordan Gross. The Panthers will really miss him in the running game. With his absence, Miami has the better line on both sides of the football. The teams that wins the battle of the trenches, usually wins the game and I can't see the Dolphins losing that battle here. The rank 7th in the NFL against the run, allowing only 98 yards per game on 3.7 yards per carry, and they average 156 yards on 4.6 yards per carry on offense. While the Panthers have run the football pretty well this season, they have not defended the run well, allowing 4.6 yards per carry. Lastly, plays against favorites after covering the spread in 4 or 5 out of their last 6 games with a losing record, are 24-3 ATS the last 5 years. We'll take the points tonight.
NBA | Nov 19, 2009 Phoenix Suns vs. New Orleans Hornets

This line opened at 218 and has been bet all the way down to really increase the value. These teams just met in Phoenix on Nov. 11 with 228 total points scored and I'm expecting another big number tonight. The key tonight is rebounding and that edge goes to the Suns easily. They rebound the ball defensively, not allowing many second chance points, and outlet the ball quickly to start the break. Offensively, they crash the glass hard to get those second chance points. Phoenix is a perfect 8-0 Over in road games vs. poor rebounding teams getting outrebounded by 3 or more per game since the beginning of last season. The average total points scored in these games is 244.3. I don't see quite that many being scored tonight, but we should see at least 220.
