07-23-23 | Ottawa v. Calgary OVER 44.5 | 43-41 | Win | 100 | 7 h 29 m | Show
CFL Action here on Sunday has the East division Ottawa Redblacks vs the West division Calgary Stampeeders. Ottawa is 2-3 overall and tied for 2nd in the division, but well behind undefeated Toronto which is 5-0. Calgary is also 2-3 and in fourth place in the West. Ottawa is a rushing team led by their QB Dustin Crum who leads with 201 yards and three touchdowns. Calgary also a rushing team as they average 96.2 yards per game. Both teams pretty even with an edge to the home club. But for me I'll just take the over here today. Play OVER. |
06-22-23 | BC v. Winnipeg OVER 49 | 30-6 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 59 m | Show
I fully expect to see a high scoring game here tonight. The defenses shouldn't really be much of a showing. Winnipeg has scored 40 points or more in back-to-back games and their defense has not been good. Both these teams are 2-0. The BC Lions have the second highest scoring offense behind Winnipeg. And while their defense is much better than Winnipeg, the Blue Bombers 87 points thus far will be too overwhelming. Lets take the over tonight and enjoy the show. Play OVER. |
08-19-22 | Edmonton Elks v. Ottawa OVER 48.5 | 30-12 | Loss | -110 | 6 h 40 m | Show
Two bad teams meet here tonight as the Edmonton Elks take on the Ottawa Redblacks. The Elks are the worst team in the CFL this year. However, the Redblacks are just 1-7 and laying points?? Both these teams have horrible defenses and that may come into play tonight for the total. While I don't like a side, I do think we'll see points as neither defense should be able to stop the other side. Lets take the OVER here tonight. |
10-25-19 | Calgary v. Winnipeg OVER 47.5 | 28-29 | Win | 100 | 10 h 34 m | Show
Calgary visits Winnipeg tonight as both these teams look to make runs toward the Grey Cup. Calgary is 11-5 S/U and 6-10 ATS on the season. The Stampeders have an excellent defense, allowing just 22.6 points per game. Winnipeg is 10-7 S/U and 11-6 ATS on the season and has an equally good defense, allowing 22.4 ppg. Both these teams have been good scoring clubs. Calgary average 26.4 ppg while Winnipeg average 27.9. Calgary has seen its last two games go over with total points scored of 70 and 58. Winnipeg has also gone over in its last two games with. These teams just met less than a week ago and that game had 70 points. I look for something similar here tonight. I'm taking the OVER. |
07-26-19 | Winnipeg v. Hamilton UNDER 53 | 15-23 | Win | 100 | 9 h 46 m | Show
Winnipeg puts its perfect record on the line tonight against one of the better CFL teams in Hamilton. Winnipeg is a perfect 5-0 on the season and they play the 4-1 TigerCats tonight. Winnipeg is also 5-0 ATS and they are 2-3 O/U in totals. Hamilton is 4-1 ATS and they are 2-4 O/U in totals. This should be a great game to watch, but tough to call. I'm taking the UNDER here tonight. Hamilton allows just 20 ppg, while Winnipeg allows a league-low 16-points per game. Look for a great defensive battle here tonight. Play the UNDER and enjoy the game. Play UNDER. |
07-05-19 | Winnipeg v. Ottawa UNDER 52.5 | 29-14 | Win | 100 | 6 h 2 m | Show
Winnipeg looking to remain unbeaten in the CFL after a 2-0 start. The Blue Bombers opened the season with a win at British Columbia, 33-23. Then in week 2 they won at home over Edmonton, 28-21. The defense has been very good, allowing 23 and under both games thus far. They allowed just four rushing yards in the win over BC. Ottawa has also started the season 2-0. The Redblacks opened with a win at Calgary, 32-28 and then beat Saskatchewan on the road, 44-41. Winnipeg is 0-5 O/U in their last five games vs a team with a winning record and 2-5 O/U their last seven games overall. Ottawa usually starts slowly, with eight of their last nine July games going UNDER. They are also 9-20 O/U their last 29 games following an ATS loss. Both these teams are good defensive clubs. I'm taking the UNDER. |
06-15-19 | Winnipeg v. BC UNDER 52 | 33-23 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 27 m | Show
The CFL kicks off week 1 this weekend! Not a lot to go off of, but looking back to last season and how these teams historically have done, I have found the UNDER to be my play here tonight. Both these teams have been good under plays in season's past. Winnipeg is 1-4 O/U in their last four games from last season and 1-5 O/U their last six vs the West. BC is 0-4 O/U in their last four season openers and 1-5 O/U in their last six June games. In addition, the Lions are 2-6-1 O/U/P in their last nine homes games. Early on, I'm looking at an under here on Saturday. Play UNDER. |
08-11-18 | Montreal v. Ottawa OVER 50.5 | 17-24 | Loss | -114 | 9 h 18 m | Show
The CFL East is the weaker of the two divisions in the league. Tonight, the only team with a winning record in the division, Ottawa, hosts last place Montreal. The Alouttes are just 1-6 S/U and 2-5 ATS on the season. Montreal also averages the fewest points in the league while giving up the most points. In addition, the Alouettes are just 5-17 ATS in their last 22 games and 2-7 ATS in their last nine road games. The Ottawa Redblacks are 7-3 ATS vs a team with a losing record and 7-3 ATS vs the weaker East their last 10. Ottawa should have little issues scoring against the leagues worst defense tonight. If we can just get some scoring out of Montreal then this one will go OVER. |
08-10-18 | Hamilton v. Winnipeg OVER 58.5 | 23-29 | Loss | -101 | 10 h 17 m | Show
The CFL East definitely the weaker of the two divisions. The East has only one team with a winning record while the West has three. Hamilton is second in the CFL East with a 3-4 S/U and ATS record. The Tiger Cats score the most points in the East too. Winnipeg is third in the West with a 4-3 S/U recod and 5-2 ATS mark. The Blue Bombers average a second best 34 ppg. Winnipeg has gone over in their last five home games and is 5-1 O/U in their last six August games. In addition they are 5-2 O/U overall their last seven games. Winnipeg should get plenty of points here tonight. If we can just get some out of Hamilton then this one will go OVER. |
08-04-18 | BC v. Calgary UNDER 50.5 | 18-27 | Win | 100 | 9 h 3 m | Show
It's the penthouse against the outhouse today in the CFL West. The division leading Calgary Stampeders are a perfect 6-0 S/U and 5-1 ATS this season. They face the last place BC Lions, who are 2-3 S/U and 3-2 ATS on the season. Calgary has been a very good under team, evidenced by their 1-6 O/U mark in their last seven games and 1-5 O/U mark in their last six home games. This series has also gone under in six of the last eight meetings. I like the UNDER tonight |
07-28-18 | Ottawa v. Hamilton OVER 55.5 | 21-15 | Loss | -108 | 5 h 50 m | Show
Ottawa is tops in the East conference with a 3-2 record and 2-3 ATS mark. The Redblacks are coming off a win vs British Columbia but failed to cover the spread. They also went over in that game with 54 points scored. Hamilton is 2-3 and in second in the East. They have scored the most points in the East conference with 116 points. The TigerCats are 6-1 O/U in July games and 6-2 O/U in their last eight vs a team with a winning record. The OVER is 5-2 in the last seven meetings in this series. Take the OVER. |
07-07-18 | BC v. Winnipeg OVER 56.5 | 19-41 | Win | 100 | 20 h 56 m | Show
Week four of the CFL finds British Columbia (1-1 S/U 1-1 ATS_ playing at Winnipeg (1-2 S/U, 2-1 ATS). The Winnipeg Blue Bombers opened the season with a narrow loss to Edmonton, 30-33, but covered the seven-point line. Then they won easily at Montreal, 56-10 and lost at Hamilton, 17-31. The Bombers have also gone over in two of their three games. The BC Lions opened with a win at home over Montreal, 22-10, had a bye week 2 and then lost at Edmonton, 22-41. This is the first of a home and home series between these clubs. I like the OVER between these clubs today. The BC Lions are 4-1 O/U in their last five games and Winnipeg is 13-4 O/U in their last 17 vs the West. In addition, Winnipeg is 7-3 O/U in their last 10 home games and 23-10 O/U in their last 33 overall. Take the OVER. |
07-07-18 | Edmonton v. Toronto OVER 55.5 | 17-20 | Loss | -107 | 17 h 56 m | Show
Edmonton has been a very good over bet recently, with the Eskimos last five games going OVER. They are also 8-1 O/U in their last nine road games. Toronto had a bye last week and coming off the bye week they have been a very good over bet, evidenced by their 11-2 O/U mark the last 13 times. Plus, the last 11 meetings between these clubs has seen them go over 10 times and 5-1 O/U the last six in Toronto. I'm playing OVER here on Saturday. |
07-05-18 | Hamilton v. Saskatchewan OVER 51 | 13-18 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 45 m | Show
Hamilton sits atop the CFL East with a 2-1 record as we head into week four action. The Tiger Cats have averaged 27.7 ppg so far and allowed 22.0 ppg. Today they face Saskatchewan, who is last in the CFL West with a 1-2 record. The RoughRiders have allowed 27.3 ppg while scoring just 20.3 ppg. Hamilton averages the most passing yards in the CFL with 339.0 passing yards per game. They also have the most total yards per game in the CFL with 460. Hamilton should have little issues scoring points tonight against this RoughRider defense. I like this game OVER. |
06-29-18 | BC v. Edmonton OVER 55 | 22-41 | Win | 100 | 7 h 22 m | Show
The BC Lions are just 1-0-0 after having a bye week early on this season. In their only game, the Lions had 299 yards of offense and scored 22 points in their win against Montreal. The Edmonton Eskimos are 1-1 after two weeks. The Eskimos have average 27 ppg and allowed 34 ppg in their two games with both games going OVER. The Eskimos won their first game at Winnipeg, 33-30, but then lost at home to Hamilton, 21-38. The Eskimos have allowed over 30 points in each of the first two games. I look for another high scoring game tonight. Play the OVER. |
06-29-18 | Winnipeg v. Hamilton OVER 59 | 17-31 | Loss | -105 | 4 h 22 m | Show
Winnipeg is 1-1 S/U and 2-0 ATS so far. Winnipeg is also 2-0 O/U and averageing a league high 43.0 ppg through the first two weeks. Winnipeg opened with a loss to Edmonton 30-33 and then beat Montreal, 56-10. In addition, the club is averaging 447 yards per game and 6.1 yards per rushing attempt. Hamilton averages 25.3 ppg and allows 29.6 ppg so far this season. Hamilton is 1-1 and atop the East standings. The Tiger Cats average 455 yards per game and 6.8 rushing yards per attempt. Both these teams can pile up yardage and points. I'm going OVER tonight. |

07-24-17 | Ottawa v. Toronto OVER 54 | 24-27 | Loss | -110 | 80 h 55 m | Show
7/24 04:30 PM CFL (359) OTTAWA REDBLACKS VS (360) TORONTO. Take: over the total. |
07-21-17 | Winnipeg v. BC UNDER 56.5 | 42-45 | Loss | -110 | 83 h 24 m | Show

07-14-17 | Ottawa v. Edmonton UNDER 57.5 | 21-23 | Win | 100 | 76 h 4 m | Show
07/14 10:00 PM EST  CFL  (375) OTTAWA REDBLACKS VS (376) EDMONTON. Take: UNDER THE TOTAL. Reason: A high total here because defending champion Ottawa (0-2-1) has allowed a lot of points, but they've had a tough schedule against potent, flashy offenses. Edmonton (2-0) has won two close games and has allowed the fewest points in the league. The offense is averaging 26.5 ppg and just lost its top running back to a season ending injury. Their receivers have been dropping way too many passes, so look for more defense than offense. Play Ottawa/Edmonton UNDER the total. |
07-13-17 | Toronto v. Winnipeg OVER 52 | 25-33 | Win | 100 | 51 h 47 m | Show
07/13 08:30 PM EST  CFL  (371) TORONTO VS (372) WINNIPEG (07/10 01:49 PM). Take: OVER THE TOTAL. Reason: A pair of good offenses and suspect defenses clash. Toronto has overhauled the offense and the 2017 team is clicking under the new coaching staff (2-1). Toronto is off an impressive win at Ottawa, 26-25, despite scoring only 1 point in the first half. Winnipeg has allowed 69 points in two contests and this shapes up as a shootout like the last time they met (46-29 final). Play Toronto/Winnipeg OVER the total. |
07-08-17 | Hamilton v. Saskatchewan UNDER 53 | 20-37 | Loss | -110 | 103 h 26 m | Show
Reason: Rebuilding Toronto plays its first road game. They got a surprise victory in the opener but looked like a rebuilding team last week, losing 28-15 at home to BC. It gets tougher this week, on the road at the defending champs. Ottawa opened the season with back-to-back games against powerhouse Calgary, a pair of rematches after the two met for the championship last season. They were high scoring games, but this is a very strong Ottawa defense. After the Ottawa Redblacks lost 43-39 to the Calgary Stampeders on last Thursday, head coach Rick Campbell was disappointed and angry. The offensive line hasn't played well and the defense is better than it has shown so far. Look for a defensive duel. Play Toronto/Ottawa Under the total. |

07-25-16 | Montreal v. Toronto UNDER 45 | 17-30 | Loss | -106 | 156 h 60 m | Show
Montreal scored 7 points last week in a loss at home as the offense continues to struggle, the worst in the CFL. The Als defense continued to shine, posting a Jovon Johnson interception and Nick Bowman sack on back-to-back possessions. But this offense is terrible, with the team on a 35-17 run under the total, including 20-8 under on the road. Toronto can play defense, too, on a 9-1 run under the total. The Under is 39-18 in the Argonauts last 57 vs. a team with a losing record. And when these teams clash the under is 13-3. Play Montreal/Toronto Under the total. |
07-15-16 | Hamilton v. Montreal UNDER 47 | 31-7 | Win | 100 | 79 h 58 m | Show
Montreal has upgraded the defense this season but the offense has been terrible with 35 points in two games. Montreal is on an 8-2 run under the total at home, plus 25-8 under against the East. The Under is also 22-8 in the Alouette's last 30 games following an ATS loss. Hamilton is in town scoring just 27 points total the last two games, both under, part of a 35-17 run under the total. And the Under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings. Play Hamilton/Montreal Under the total. |
07-14-16 | Edmonton v. Winnipeg OVER 54 | 20-16 | Loss | -107 | 56 h 8 m | Show
Can't see any defense in this one as the two worst defensive teams in the league meet up. Edmonton has allowed 81 points in two games, on a 5-1 run over the total. The Over is also 16-7 in Eskimos last 23 games following an ATS loss. Winnipeg has allowed the most points in the league (82 in three games) and the Blue Bombers are 3-0-1 over the total against the West. Play Edmonton/Winnipeg Over the total. |

10-12-15 | Toronto Argonauts v. Montreal Alouettes UNDER 52.5 | 25-17 | Win | 100 | 11 h 8 m | Show
After playing 2 straight high scoring games against a defenseless Ottawa team, Toronto heads out on the road to face a strong Montreal defense, second in the CFL in points allowed. Toronto is 10-1 under the total on Monday games, plus 9-3 under against a team with a losing record. Montreal focuses on defense and ball control, scoring 21 and 17 points the last two games. The Als absorbed a humiliating 39-17 defeat against the Ottawa Redblacks last Thursday night at TD Place. The fact Montreal was playing its second consecutive road game in five days certainly contributed to the defeat. But Montreal is 5-1 under the total at home and 14-5 under after a defeat. Montreal is also on a 26-11 run under the total and when these teams meet the under is 11-1. Play Toronto/Montreal under the total. |
