NFL Power Rankings Week 7
Looking for 2016 NFL Power Rankings? Week 6 of the NFL season is in the books – it was another insane one to say the least! The Vikings are the only undefeated teams left – the Browns are still the only winless squad. The Patriots looked sensational, the Cowboys are legit, the Seahawks look back to their old ways and the Bills suddenly look like a contender.

The Power Rankings look destined for a weekly shakeup – this week is no different.
So where does your favorite stand heading into Week 7? Let’s take a look in Dave B’s Week 7 NFL Power Rankings.
1. Minnesota Vikings (5-0)
Last Week: 1
The Vikings were on their by in Week 6 – not fair to bump them out of #1 as the only undefeated team in the NFL.
The team has been remarkable without Teddy Bridgewater and Adrian Peterson thanks in large part to a defense that has yet to give up more than 16 points per game. Sam Bradford has this team rolling somehow – I, like many, are waiting for the crash!
2. New England Patriots (5-1)
Last Week: 2
The Patriots are more like a 1B again! The offense is doing whatever it wants on the field right now. Tom Brady has been terrific since his return and Gronk is finally healthy as evidenced by his seven catch- 162 yard performance on Sunday.

The Pats made a decent Bengals team look like amateurs Sunday and are once again striking the fear of God into their opposition.
3. Dallas Cowboys (5-1)
Last Week: 8
The Cowboys are on a tear. Dak Prescott has been sensational leading his team and fellow rookie Zeke Elliot continues to lead the league in rushing – he made Green Bay’s top ranked run defense look average.
There are Zero holes on this offense right now – the defense harassed Aaron Rodgers on Sunday and the offense dominated the time of possession.
4. Seattle Seahawks (4-1)
Last Week: 5
The Seahawks took on the best offense in the game and prevailed on Sunday (thanks in part to a non-call on Richard Sherman). Still, Seattle looks almost all-the-way-back to its elite form.
Russell Wilson looks healthy, Jimmy Graham looks lethal and the defense is still strong. Seattle is 4-1 on the season and they haven’t even played their best game yet this year.
5. Atlanta Falcons (4-2)
Last Week: 6
The Falcons lost on Sunday and still see a bump in the Rankings? It’s true – marching into Seattle and one of the toughest buildings in the game and keeping it uber-close with a chance to win is very impressive. As long as this team has Julio Jones, they have a chance to win.
The defense seems to be rounding into form making the Falcons and easy top 5 team.
6. Buffalo Bills (4-2)
Last Week: 11
After an 0-2 start the Bills have reeled off four straight wins and boast one of the best rushers in the game right now. Shady McCoy has been eating up some pretty tough defenses and again went off on Sunday against San Francisco to the tune of 140 yards and 3 TDs.
Tyrod Taylor, after some early-season struggles has control of this offense again.

I’m not 100% sure it lasts but for now Buffalo is #6.
7. Denver Broncos (4-2)
Last Week: 3
The Broncos could realistically be further down the Rankings but this defense still has me a believer – so does the fact that this team still boasts Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders in the receiving corp.
The Broncos have now lost two straight games – reason for at least a little concern going forward!
8. Pittsburgh Steelers (4-2)
Last Week: 4
Ugh! The Steelers not only lost to the woeful Dolphins on Sunday but they suffered their annual Ben Roethlisberger injury. Yup Ben suffered a torn meniscus in that game and could miss some time which drops Pittsburgh down the Rankings immediately.
But perhaps more troubling is the fact that the defense surrendered 30 points to an awful Miami offence. For now the Steelers are top 10 but by a thread!
9. Kansas City Chiefs (3-2)
Last Week: 15
The Chiefs came out of their bye on Sunday and did what they had to do – beat a very good Raiders team on the road in a crucial divisional game.
Spencer Ware dominated with 131 rushing yards and a TD – imagine where this team will be when Jamaal Charles returns to full strength.
10. Green Bay Packers (3-2)
Last Week: 7
The Packers didn’t look great against the Cowboys at home on Sunday – at all. Aaron Rodgers seems to be out of sync – missing wide-open throws and looking uncertain under center. Where have Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb gone?
A date next week with the brutal Bears will tell us a lot about this team – are they top 10 or not?
11. Oakland Raiders (4-2)
Last Week: 10
The Raiders were at home in Week 6 and lost a key divisional game to the Chiefs. David Carr looked average and the defense was once again not great.

This young team is going to have its ups-and-downs – the concern is the weekly poor efforts by the D.
12. Washington Redskins (4-2)
Last Week: 19
The Redskins looked mighty impressive Sunday when they beat a pretty good Eagles team to move to 4-2. This team is quietly HOT – Kirk Cousins is rounding into form and the running game finally showed up on Sunday with Matt Jones gaining 135 yards on 16 carries.
Washington has now won four straight games – more-than-deserving of a place in the dirty dozen this week.
13. Arizona Cardinals (3-3) – Last Week: 12
14. Philadelphia Eagles (3-2) – Last Week: 9
15. Baltimore Ravens (3-3) – Last Week: 13
16. Cincinnati Bengals (2-4) – Last Week: 14
17. Houston Texans (4-2) – Last Week: 16
18. New York Giants (3-3) – Last Week: 17
19. Detroit Lions (4-3) – Last Week: 20
20. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3) – Last Week: 24
21. Tennessee Titans (3-3) – Last Week: 25
22. San Diego Chargers (2-4) – Last Week: 27
23. New Orleans Saints (2-3) – Last Week: 26
24. Los Angeles Rams (3-3) – Last Week: 18
25. Carolina Panthers (1-5) – Last Week: 23
26. Miami Dolphins (2-4) – Last Week: 31
27. Indianapolis Colts (2-4) – Last Week: 21
28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-3) – Last Week: 29
29. New York Jets (1-5) – Last Week: 22
30. San Francisco 49ers (1-5) – Last Week: 30
31. Chicago Bears (1-5) – Last Week: 28
32. Cleveland Browns (0-6) – Last Week: 32
