The Chargers faired no better as they were embarrassed at home by the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.
San Diego
The Chargers Week 7 loss has really put a damper on their season as it knocked them 3 games under .500 as they have a giant hill to climb if they hope to get back into the playoff race. San Diego was just dominated, crushed, kicked around, anything you can come with here.
While the final sat at 37-29, the final score was certainly skewed a bit. The Chargers trailed 37-6. San Diego rattled off 23 unanswered points to close the gap, but it was too late and all for not as they couldn’t overcome the big deficit.

Philip Rivers finished with 336 yards and 3 4th quarter touchdowns, but threw two costly interceptions early in the game. Rivers continues to pick out WR Keenan Allen who has 89 more yards in the loss to Oakland.
Danny Woodhead is starting to really solidify himself as the main RB within the Chargers system. Not only is Woodhead running well, but he’s also showing off his receiving skills.
Woodhead caught 11 passes for 75 yards and had a pair of touchdowns last week. Expect Rivers to continue to use Woodhead out of the back field many times come Sunday.
Baltimore
The Ravens season thus far can be summed up with the last pass QB Joe Flacco threw on Monday night in the 26-18 loss to Arizona. After playing terrible all of the 2nd half, Flacco led the Ravens down into the red zone and gave Baltimore a chance to tie things up.
On a 2nd down play Flacco felt the pressure and lobbed it into the end zone where the Cardinals’ D had double coverage and the pass was picked off.
The loss pushed Baltimore to 1-6 and sent them to their worst start in franchise history.

The Ravens defense also continued to crash and burn on Monday. They allowed many plays of double digit yards and couldn’t stop the run game. Arizona rushed for 150 yards on just 28 carries on Monday.
Baltimore’s most solid feature this season has come from their pass rush. Baltimore has 20 sacks on the season which ranks 5th in the NFL.
Baltimore is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games.
