Kick off is set for 1:00 PM ET with QB Sam Bradford getting the start for the Vikings with Cam Newton opposing him.
Minnesota Vikings
Sam Bradford got the start at home last week against Green Bay, and he delivered a solid performance to get the victory.
He finished 22 of 31 for 286 yards and 2 touchdowns. I don’t expect the same type of performance this week against a dominant Panthers front seven.

Adrian Peterson has had a very slow start to the season, with his status for week 3 in doubt the Vikings will turn to Matt Asiata and Jerick McKinnon.
I expect McKinnon to get the majority of touches but the Carolina defense will shut the running game down.
Stefon Diggs had a great game against the Packers secondary. He finished with 9 catches for 182 yards and a touchdown. This week he goes up against 2 rookie corners and I expect him to have another big game.
The Vikings defense played great against one of the top 3 QBs in the game.
They picked up 5 sacks against the Packers O-line. This week they face a red-hot Cam Newton and I expect them to struggle to slow him down.
Carolina Panthers
After a rough week 1 against the defending Super Bowl Champs, MVP Cam Newton bounced back with a great performance against the Niners.
He threw for over 350 yards and had 4 touchdowns passing, and 1 rushing.
He should be able to do more of the same against an older Vikings D-line.
Fozzy Whitaker had 100 yards on the ground and I think he can attack the Vikings front seven early. Look for him to reach the end zone this week.
Greg Olsen (5 catches for 122 yards and a score) and Kelvin Benjamin (7 catches for 108 yards and 2 scores) tore up the 49ers secondary last week and I expect them to have another big performance against the Vikings secondary.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Panthers ATS
It’s the Cam Newtown and Kelvin Benjamin show as they connect for 2 scores in the first half.
NFL Free Score Prediction: Carolina 45 Minnesota 17
The Vikings without Adrian Peterson are not the threat to score touchdowns against such a tough defense. Look for Carolina to control this game reach the 40 point mark for the second straight week.
