This one became interesting thanks for the Packers recent struggles. They have dropped to second place in the division and actually need this one pretty badly.

Kick off is set for 4:25 PM ET, with the Vikings feeling pretty good about their chances. They are not great but they have been hot.
Green Bay
Can anyone tell me what is wrong with the Packers. It is not that long ago that they were 6-0 and now they are in second place behind the Vikings, heading on the road to face them. They do not look like the same team.
I know they lost Jordy Nelson before the season started and Eddie Lacy has not been much of a factor but this offense was supposed to be better than average even if they threw me out out there, wasn’t it?
It is not fair to assume that Aaron Rodgers can do it all by himself but having an elite signal caller like that comes with expectations, fair or not. They need him to win a game.

Green Bay was expected to roll through the division and the conference this season so this is a major gut check game. A win will not just tie Minnesota but it will sort of put them ahead of the Vikes, who they play the final game of the season.
Coming into the season this would have probably been Green Bay -7 but now you get them at +1. Quite the turnaround. The question is whether we can take advantage.
Minnesota
The Vikings may only have a couple of losses but I am still not sure how good they are. They are winning games but the offense has not advanced the way it was supposed to this season.
One thing is for sure though, they can change a lot of people’s minds about them this weekend.
The question for Minnesota heading into this one is what kind of game they will have to play. They play good defense but will it be sharp enough to hold back Rodgers and if it can’t can they hang with them.

Not that many people are talking about it but Adrian Peterson has gone back to the top of the running back pool this season. He is not going to rush for 2000 yards but the Vikes are leading the league as a team.
That takes the pressure off of Teddy Bridgewater, which is a good thing. His numbers are not great but his receivers are also not helping him.
This is a big game so you Minnesota is going to have to “respond” at some point. Are they ready to do so?
