The Seattle Seahawks and Chicago Bears meet in Seattle on Sunday afternoon as both teams are in search of win #1 on the season.
Chicago suffered another setback as they dropped a 48-23 decision to the Cardinals in Week 2.

As for the defending NFC Champs, their Superbowl hangover is in full effect as they dropped to 0-2 after a 27-17 loss in Green Bay on Sunday Night Football.
Kick off is set for 4:25 on FOX.
Chicago
For the amount of displeasures the Bears’ faithful have given QB Jay Cutler, they’re certainly going to miss him. Cutler injured his hamstring in the 48-23 loss to Arizona and is expected to miss at least a couple games.
That means QB Jimmy Clausen will take control of the quarterbacking duties while Cutler sits out. This can prove to be a make or break situation for Clausen as he has a chance to not only impress the Bears, but also could impress other teams looking for a QB.

Clausen came in relief in last week’s game and threw or 14 of 23 and 121 yards to go along with a pick. Clausen was also sacked twice and fumbled one of those times. His pocket awareness seemed to be very rusty and he’ll certainly have to improve on that here against the Seahawks.
The Bears should receive a boost in their receiving core as WR Alshon Jeffery is expected to return from a hamstring injury himself. In Week 1 Jeffery had 78 yards against the Packers.
Seattle
The hangover effect from being just 1 yard away from a Superbowl Championship seems to be looming for the Seahawks.
Seattle blew a late lead in Week 1 and dropped an overtime decision to St. Louis and followed that up with a 10 point loss to the Packers last week. The defense has been a struggle thus far and that could have a lot to do without Kam Chancellor in the secondary.

With no sights of him returning, Richard Sherman will look to get his confidence and swagger back that he played with for all of 2014.
The Seahawks defense is giving up 276 pass yards per game and saw Aaron Rodgers and Nick Foles simply pick apart the safeties downfield.
QB Russell Wilson had 206 yards passing and a pair of touchdowns last week, but still hasn’t gotten in sync with Jimmy Graham. The TE played such a vital role in the Saints’ offense and was a main target for Drew Brees. If Wilson can get on the same page with Graham, this offense will be a step or two better.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Seattle ATS
Even laying the giant number here is the way to go. Seattle hasn’t looked bad offensively through the first two games and should see a bounce back performance from their defense here against Clausen.
NFL Free Score Prediction: Seattle 38- Chicago 10
Sherman and the Hawks’ defense causes a lot of problems for Clausen en route to a blowout win for Seattle.
