Oklahoma Sooners
The Oklahoma Sooners are currently ranked #1 in the nation and are 4-1 in the past 5 games, only losing to Iowa State last week in a Big 12 road game. The Sooners are averaging 78.8 PPG during that 5 game span while giving up 72.2 PPG.
The Sooners have had mass production from there star player Buddy Hield.
Buddy has been one of the most exciting players in the nation this year after his 46 point performance in the 3OT loss at Kansas earlier this month. Hield is averaging 25.9 PPG which ranks 2nd overall in the nation.
The Sooners were only in action once this week, where they defeated Texas Tech 91-67 in impressive fashion. Buddy Hield led all scorers with 30 points. The sooners are currently 11-0 in non-conference games, and 4-2 on the road this season.
This will be another road test for the Sooners who have dropped two big games on the road, they will look to prevail their road woes against top competition.

LSU Tigers
The LSU Tigers have been very inconsistent throughout this season, and cannot seem to find momentum to go with.
The Tigers are currently not ranked in the nation and 3rd in the SEC. LSU is 4-1 in their last five meetings while scoring 76.8 PPG in that time while giving up 76.2 PPG.
The Tigers have been led by arguably the best player in the country, Ben Simmons. Simmons is averaging a solid 19.8 points per game and 12.7 rebounds per game. Simmons is currently ranked 3rd overall in rebounds per game.
The Tigers were also in action once this week defeating Georgia at home on Tuesday by a score of 89-85. Ben Simmons tallied another double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds.
Tim Quarterman paced Simmons and scored 22 points in the contest. The Tigers are hardly over .500 in non-conference battles, at a record of 7-5. LSU defeated Kentucky at home earlier in the season, and will look to knock off another top competitor in Baton Rouge.
CBB Betting Trends:
- Under is 5-2 in LSU last 7 overall.
- LSU is 7-3 ATS in their last 10 Saturday games.
- Over is 7-3 in Sooners last 10 overall.
- Sooners are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 Saturday games
- Tigers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games as a home underdog.
Free CBB Prediction:
Oklahoma has been the best team in the country for a while, only dropping 2 away conference games to top 15 opponents. Buddy Hield will be too much too handle and gives the Sooners the upper hand in this nonconference battle.
