For the Kansas State Wildcats, they draw the rival Jayhawks on the other side of that big matchup.
Kansas State’s seen their season come off the rails since the start of Big 12 play, putting together a 2-6 record in America’s deepest basketball conference thus far, but a venture out of the conference in their last game saw the team return to the win column.
Kansas State Wildcats:
Kansas State had dropped six of eight game before picking up a victory with a 69-64 win over the Ole Miss Rebels. The team was able to bottle up Ole Miss standout Stefan Moody, holding him without a shot in the second half and limiting him to 10 points in the contest.

Four Wildcats reached double-digits in scoring in the contest, with D.J. Johnson leading all scorers with 14 points on 4 of 5 shooting off the bench. He hit on all six of his free throw attempts. Forward Wesley Iwundu had 11 points in 34 minutes, adding six rebounds and three assists.
Kansas Jayhawks:
Kansas overcame a six point halftime deficit to beat Kentucky at Allen Fieldhouse in their last game. The game needed overtime, and the Jayhawks outscored the Wildcats 14-8 in the extra session in a 90-84 victory, giving Kansas its 17th win of the season.

Free CBB Prediction:
The Jayhawks have dominated this matchup in recent years, particularly at Allen Fieldhouse. The team covered the previous eight meetings between these programs prior to a push against the spread in a 68-57 win as 11-point favorites.
If they can avoid a letdown following their emotional game against the Kentucky Wildcats – and they figure to get up against their instate rivals – then the Jayhawks should roll on their home court in this one.
