For the second series in a row these teams will look to advance in a seventh game…while Cleveland waits.
Toronto looked a little sluggish in game six and has to be hoping that the home crowd will help push them to victory on Sunday.
No player in this series has more experience than Dwyane Wade. The Heat will need him to be a big factor if they are going to win.
Miami Heat
The Heat were not dominant but they were in control most of the game in game six as they won at home to extend their season. It was a good performance but not one that looked like it would give them the edge to close it out.
They did make a chance by inserting Justise Winslow into the starting lineup. That makes them very small but they shot the ball well and did not get grossly outrebounded.

Goran Dragic was the Heat’s best player throughout the game with a team high 30 points. With everything on the line will they let him be so again, is an interesting question.
One interesting note for the Heat is that Luol Deng led in minutes on Friday with 40, after being questionable before the game. He led in rebounds but was a non factor offensively making just one shot.
With Winslow starting and Josh Richardson off the bench the Heat got major contributions from rookies in game six. On the road it might be harder to count on those guys in such a big moment.
Per the intro, it is hard to see Miami winning unless Wade dominates in this one.
Toronto Raptors
Toronto was never really into game six with the only positive being that their stars were their best players. They are going to need them to stay strong if they are going to win the series at home on Sunday.
Kyle Lowry led all scorers with 36 points but the supporting cast just didn’t provide enough for the Raptors to get into the game. They were always playing up hill.
Kyle got his and DeMar DeRozan scored 23 points but nobody else broke double digits. DeMare Carroll was back in the lineup after taking a fall in game 5 but he was not much of a factor.
At home role players like Corey Joseph, Terrence Ross and Patrick Patterson tend to play better. It will be interesting to see how they play Patterson in game seven and whether they start him at the four or go a little smaller.
This is as close as the Raptors have ever been to advancing and they have a great shot to make it but someone other than Kyle and DeMar have to show up.
Who can the coaching staff get to go off and be the difference maker.

Another guy who thrives in the home environment is Bismack Biyombo. He is never going to be a critical scorer but he gets the crowd going and gives the team toughness.
Both of these team are playing back to back seven gamers so fatigue could be a factor. If so you have to think that the depth of Toronto and playing at home could be a deciding factor.

Free Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors NBA Prediction:
It is do or die time for both teams. As the series has proven handicapping is pretty difficult with these teams as both have won at home and on the road and most of the games have gone down to the wire with overtimes aplenty.
4* Free NBA Betting Pick: Raptors -4.5
I know if could go either way but I am not going to fade the Raptors at home. I still think they are the better team.
