TCU looks to continue their hot play in Manhattan. It could be a letdown spot but last week looked so easy I doubt it.
K-State also might be a little weary because they had a tough loss last week against surprising Oklahoma State.

If they are not ready the Horned Frogs will blitz them like they did Texas.
TCU
I have to admit I have not seen much of all of the undefeated teams this season but it is hard to believe that anyone looked much better than TCU did in the first half last week against Texas…against Texas.
Leonard Fournette may be leading the Heisman race but QB Trevone Boykin is not that far behind. He is leading the fourth best aerial attack and there is not a better pitch and catch duo than Boykin and Josh Doctson.

After getting shredded by Texas Tech the Horned Frogs defense was making voters second guess their assessment of TCU. Last week they completed shutdown the Longhorns.
I know Texas is not very good but it is still Texas. LSU gave up more than 20 points to Eastern Michigan Last week.
TCU will be looking to explode again early and put K-State in a difficult spot as they really don’t have the firepower to keep up.
TCU is looking more and more like a title contender as the competition gets better in the B12.
Kansas State
The Wildcats are looking to bounce back after a close loss to an underrated Oklahoma State squad last week. It is their only loss of the season but nobody thinks K-State is going to be a contender this season.
On paper this group does little special except for defending the run. That is a good quality but the Frogs will be more than happy to throw the ball all over the field on Saturday night.

Given that they are likely going to need to score a bunch of points it is good that starting QB Josh Huebner is probable this weekend. He left last week’t game against Ok State with a head injury. Not good is that they are likely missing their top two receivers.
Anything can happen but really this game is more about respectability than winning for KSU this year.
