Cincinnati had high hopes for the season and after a bad start they have won 2 of their last 3 games. However, they are at 1-2 in AAC and they are a big home betting facing a UCF team that is winless and was absolutely embarrassed in their last game.
UCF head coach George O’Leary retired after 12 seasons after last week’s blowout loss.

In their last games Cincinnati beat UCONN 37-13 and UCF lost to Houston 59-10.
Cincinnati looks to win-back-to-back games for the first time this season.
UCF
Where to start with UCF. Not only are they winless and have the nation’s dead last ranked rushing offense, but their passing attack is the strength of the offense and that ranks 91st in the nation.
For the Knights to have any chance to win this game they will need QB Justin Holman to have a good game. He has not been putting up big numbers, but he has a solid WR in Tre’Quan Smith and will be facing a Cincy pass D that only ranks 61st in the nation.
It is key that Holman avoids the turnover, which he has not been able to do and in his last 3 games he has 8 INT and only 2 TD. In the loss to Houston he was picked off 3 times.

UCF has given up at least 40 points in 3 of their last 4 games.
Cincinnati
While UCF has a less than dynamic offense Cincy is legit on that side of the ball, as they rank 8th in the nation in pass offense and 34th in the nation in rushing offense.
Gunner Kiel is back under center for the Bearcats and he has a solid WR corps and leads an offense that ranked up 612 yards in the win over UCONN. Shaq Washington is the top WR for the Bearcats and he had 3 straight 100 yard receiving games before the win over UCONN where he had 78 yards.
The Cincy rushing attack is a deep one with the RB’s of Hosey Williams, Mike Boone and Tion Green. Look for these guys to get the ball early and often facing a UCF run defense, which was absolutely shredded last week to the tune of 366 rushing yards.

UCF ranks 82nd in the nation defending the pass and 88th defending the run.
