Bowling Green
The Bowling Green Falcons are one of the most underrated teams in the nation. They have taken out the Big 10’s Maryland and Purdue and continue to put up impressive numbers.
They got a rather easy and stress free win on Saturday as they routed Akron 59-10 on homecoming. With the win, Bowling Green is now 3-0 in the MAC East.

The Falcons offense was in full flight against the Zips. They gained 532 yards of total offense, which is surprising a low number for them. The Falcons rank 4th in total offense with 594.3 yards per game. They are a ridiculous 43.3 points per game.
QB Matt Johnson continues to impress. He finished 25 of 30 against Akron going for 357 yards and 5 touchdowns. Overall, Johnson has thrown for 2891 yards and 24 touchdowns to just 3 interceptions.
The run game is led by the duo of Travis Greene and Fred Coppet. They have rushed for nearly 1000 yards and have scored 6 touchdowns combined.
Kent State

QB Colin Reardon was replaced for the first time this season by George Bollas. He came in and completed 20 of 25 passes for 135 yards and added both a touchdown and interception to his credit. Bollas also showed off his dual threat ability as he rushed for 79 yards on 15 carries.
RB Trayion Durham rushed for continues to be the most reliable offensive threat for Kent State as he’s rushed for 301 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
