US Open tennis had an exciting match on the opening night as young Donald Young gave James Blake everything he wanted before finally being broke at 4-4 in the 5th set, and Blake was able to serve out the match. Blake, who is always a NYC favorite, found himself on the short end of the crowd stick as the fans were squarely behind the huge underdog in Young. Although he lost the match, Young made a solid showing for himself after what has been a disappointing season for him. Coming into the match, Young held a 8-17 record for the season....now is 8-18, but the 19 year old American will be back.....count on that.

MLB was solid on Monday as the plays went 4-2 for the day adding a whopping $549 to the bankroll. Two huge dog hits helped bolster the slate as both the Indians, which was the free selection, and the A's got 1 run wins. The other two winners on Monday were the Mets -1.5, and the White Sox in another 1 run victory. The two losing selections were on the Giants and the Diamondbacks, both were 4-2 losers.

The Tuesday slate of MLB action is now ready to roll, and the slate of plays is available for only $7. These five selections must prove profitable for you or your fee will be promptly REFUNDED. With football on the near horizon, look to bolster the bankroll with some solid MLB information.

Speaking of football, I have two NCAA Football selections now ready to go for Thursday night. The two plays are available for only $12, and BOTH must win for your or your money will be REFUNDED. Both of these selections have some solid numbers backing them, and I anticipate that both will make the number in fine fashion. KTS finished extremely strong with the college gridiron last season going a ROBUST 14-2 in the the Bowl games, and will be looking to continue the hot run with a solid start to the season......look for a free selection on the Thursday action below, but note that it is NOT part of the package being offered.

This is the last week of the exhibition season in the NFL, and next week things get going for REAL.....it's about time. I have managed to completely REFRAIN from any exhibition selections thus far, but I will be making three plays......which will be the only three selections for the entire preseason for KTS. These selections are FREE for all to peruse, and have some solid numbers backing them as well. Hell, here are my only three selections for the NFL exhibtion season in 2008.

For the NCAA Football free selection for the Thursday action, I will be backing the efforts of the NC State Wolfpack as they visit Columbia to take on Steve Spurrier's Gamecocks. Both of these squads are somewhat offensively challenged, and have proven to be more proficient stopping teams than scoring themselves, and with that in mind the 13 points being offered are too tempting to pass up. NC State is 5-2 ATS in its last 7 road games, while the Gamecocks are only 3-7 ATS in their last 10 contests against teams from the ACC......playing NC State in this one.

After losing a tight 2-1 contest to the A's on Monday, with the weakest of their starters on the mound, I'll back the Angels tonight on the runline with Lackey hurling the rock. Major discrepency in starting pitchers in this one, and I look for the Angels bats to produce something in this one.
