Not a very memorable day on Thursday as the plays went 2-5 overall and took the collar with a 0-2 mark on the BEST BET selections. Bankroll peeled off $405 in the process, and it looked like a bad day with some crappy karma from the get go. Had a BEST BET selection on Milwaukee at +154 with Parra coming into the tilt pitching hot. Of course, he does well enough and the Brewers roll into the bottom of the 9th with a 5-0 lead, only to see the first 7 men of the inning reach, and 6 of them score to give the Diamondbacks a 6-5 win. White Sox and Florida both lose close, tight contests that left me feeling blue. SF, and Detroit did manage to win for my two wins on Thursday.

Like any reasonable sports gambler, I will completely put the thoughts of that Milwaukee game out of my mind....as it was a good play that lost, and concentrate my efforts on the slate today. I have 3 BEST BETS for the July 4th action, and $10 will get you the plays and your money will be promptly REFUNDED if the plays don't profit.

Detroit was Thursday's free play and that makes 3 out of 4 this week in the free play genre. For my Jluy 4th free play, I will back the KC Royals as the visit the sizzling hot TB Rays. Rays off sweep of the Red Sox, but I think Jackson could have tough time shutting down the Royals hitters, thus giving them a reasonable chance in this spot.
