Oh yea it is more money than I will ever see. From the looks of his track record lately his pay will be going up real soon or he may go elsewhere. This guy is a rising star the 49's better grab him with intent to keep.

Do you managers see how these players get injured all the time? They are always one step from loosing the career they trained at least their entire adult life for. Cut them some slack.

Given that fact, and yes you are right, you would think that they would be a little more careful with their money. Invest, save-never knowing whether you will have that income next week. Yet we don't see that at all.
