| Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, the club announced Wednesday. Dr. David Altchek performed the 30-minute procedure to remove some cartilage debris and sooth some rough spots on the underside of the kneecap. | It seems like he's had the injury for quite a while now, but I'm glad to hear that he's going to be able to make his way back to the team before training. The injury happened back in January, but for a 30 minute surgery, it seems like they're getting to it late. |
