 Lakers host Spurs in Game 1 of West finals The defending world champion San Antonio Spurs attempt to earn a trip back to the NBA Finals, as they visit the top-seeded Los Angeles Lakers in Game 1 of their best-of-seven Western Conference finals series tonight at the Staples Center.
