Garnett, Bryant headline All-Defensive Team

Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, and NBA MVP Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers highlight the 2007-08 NBA All-Defensive Teams.

Garnett is making his ninth appearance on the All-Defensive Team, while Bryant was honored for the eighth time. Both players received 52 points overall, including 24 first-place nods.
