New York Yankees infielder Wilson Betemit left Saturday's 5-2 over the Detroit Tigers in the fourth inning with a strained right hamstring. Betemit, who was activated from the disabled list on Wednesday after missing 17 games with corneal conjunctivitis, slammed an RBI double over the head of centerfielder Curtis Granderson and appeared to pull up after rounding first base.
