Texas Rangers shortstop Michael Young left Wednesday's 2-0 victory over the Seattle Mariners with an injury to his left hip flexor. Young flied out to right field in the top of the first, and apparently sustained the injury running out of the batter's box. He didn't take the field in the bottom of the frame, and Ramon Vazquez was called on to take over the helm at shortstop for Texas.
