Flyers try to end East semis in Montreal

The Philadelphia Flyers will try to end the Eastern Conference semifinals tonight, when they visit the top-seeded Montreal Canadiens in Game 5 at the Bell Centre.

Philadelphia earned a split at Montreal in the first two games of the best-of- seven set and then grabbed a 3-1 series' lead with back-to-back victories on its home ice.

The Canadiens were 22-13-6 as the host team this season, while Philadelphia was 21-15-5 on the road. If necessary, the clubs will meet for Game 6 Sunday evening in Philly.
