Former NFL player shot and killed

Former NFL player Ivan Caesar was fatally shot inside his home on Monday. He was 41.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Caesar was found about 12:40 a.m. and investigators believe there were witnesses inside the room when he was attacked.

The Boston College product was a linebacker who played 14 games for the Minnesota Vikings in 1991.

Wow, what a tragedy. Does anybody know if there is any indication of why somebody would want to kill Ivan Caesar? I feel sorry for the family, as I do in the case of anybody who is brutally murdered like this.
