Pitt's Young to return for senior season

Pittsburgh junior forward Sam Young will forgo the NBA Draft and return for his senior season, he announced Friday.

Young was the Panthers' leading scorer this past season with 18.1 points per game, and also set the school's single-season scoring record (668 points). He helped lead Pitt to a 27-10 record, Big East Tournament title and the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
