Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Matt Garza left Tuesday's game against the Seattle Mariners in the top of the third inning with radial nerve irritation in his right elbow. Garza, acquired in a trade with the Minnesota Twins in the offseason, pitched just 2 2/3 innings before calling for the trainer and leaving the contest. He was charged with three runs on six hits with three walks and two strikeouts before leaving the game.
