Default Tejada's blast lifts Astros over Cardinals in home opener
Miguel Tejada's two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth rescued Houston, as the Astros blew a three-run lead but slipped by St. Louis, 5-3, in the first of three games between the clubs at Minute Maid Park. Kyle McClellan (0-1) began the frame by giving up a single to Carlos Lee. Tejada stepped in and drilled a pitch the opposite way, landing in the right- field seats for the game-winner in the Astros' home opener. Lee, Lance Berkman
