Default Smoltz to start for Braves on Sunday
The Atlanta Braves activated ace John Smoltz off the 15-day disabled list to start against the New York Mets on Sunday. Tom Glavine was supposed to get the nod, but the first game of the weekend series was rained out on Friday. That led manager Bobby Cox to tweak the rotation, moving Smoltz to Sunday's contest against New York's Johan Santana. Smoltz began the season on the DL with tightness in his back, and will pitch Sunday to avoid h
