The Houston Astros finalized their starting rotation on Saturday, and it did not include veteran right-hander Woody Williams, who the club released. Williams, 41, struggled through an 0-3 Spring Training in which he gave up 26 earned runs in 20 2/3 innings, for a hefty 11.32 earned run average.
