The Detroit Lions signed free agent linebacker Gilbert Gardner to a one-year deal Tuesday. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Last season, Gardner played in 13 games for the Tennessee Titans and finished second on the team with a career-high 15 special teams tackles. Through four NFL seasons, Gardner has played in 50 regular-season games (15 starts) and has 98 tackles, including 48 solo. He has also recorded one sack and one
