Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Scott Rolen could be out the first month of the season due to surgery to repair a fracture on the middle finger of his right hand. Rolen, who suffered the injury Sunday during fielding drills before a spring training game against the Philadelphia Phillies, had surgery on Monday.
