The Philadelphia Eagles signed linebacker Rocky Boiman to a one-year contract on Monday. Boiman spent the last two season with Indianapolis, where he posted 81 tackles and three interceptions in 32 games (eight starts). The Notre Dame product was a fourth-round draft pick of Tennessee in 2002 and spent four seasons with the Titans. In 54 games with the Titans, he amassed 113 tackles with 1 1/2 sacks and two interceptions.
