Indians claim P Breslow from BoSox

The Cleveland Indians claimed pitcher Craig Breslow off outright waivers from the Boston Red Sox and added him to their 40-man roster Sunday. Breslow, 27, has spent the last two seasons in the Red Sox organization, compiling a 2-3 record with a 4.06 earned run average in 49 games at Triple-A Pawtucket last season.
