 Tigers place Granderson on DL The Detroit Tigers placed outfielder Curtis Granderson on the 15-day disabled list Sunday with a non-displaced fracture of the third metacarpal in his right hand. Granderson suffered the injury after being hit by a pitch in the fourth inning of Saturday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies in Clearwater.
