Miami Heat forward Udonis Haslem underwent season-ending surgery to remove a bone spur from his left ankle on Friday. The procedure took 90 minutes and Haslem is expected to be in a walking boot and on crutches before beginning a rehabilitation program. The team anticipates that the veteran will be able to resume basketball activity in about two months. Haslem averaged 12 points and nine rebounds in 49 games this season.
