The Anaheim Ducks announced Wednesday that they inked center Brian Sutherby to a one-year contract extension. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Acquired from Washington on November 19, 2007 in exchange for Anaheim's second-round pick in the 2009 draft, Sutherby registered one goal and one assist in 50 games with the Capitals and Ducks last season. The Edmonton, Alberta native has 26 goals and 62 points in 304
