Livan Hernandez outdueled 10-game winner Brandon Webb, as the Minnesota Twins used a five-run fifth to sweep the Arizona Diamondbacks, 5-3, in the finale of a three-game interleague series.
Hernandez (8-4) tossed a savvy seven frames, allowing three runs -- one earned -- on nine hits and a walk while fanning five.
Webb (11-4) was victimized by costly fielding and baserunning mistakes but still allowed five runs - four earned - on eight hits through seven innings.
