The St. Louis Cardinals activated pitcher Jason Isringhausen from the 15-day disabled list and recalled pitcher Anthony Reyes from Triple-A Memphis on Saturday. Isringhausen was placed on the DL on May 16 due to a right hand laceration. The 35-year-old was demoted from his closer role before the injury, having blown six of his 17 save opportunities. In 21 games this season, the veteran has a record of 1-5 with an earned run average of 8.0
