Rays activate P Percival off DL

The Tampa Bay Rays reinstated closer Troy Percival from the 15-day disabled list Friday, and placed pitcher Al Reyes on the 15-day DL.

Percival, who was on the shelf with a a left hamstring strain, has struck out 21 batters in 21 1/3 innings and converted 14 of 16 save opportunities with a 2.95 earned run average in 22 relief appearances this season.
