Indians' Westbrook to have season-ending elbow surgery

Cleveland Indians pitcher Jake Westbrook will undergo elbow ligament replacement surgery and miss the rest of the season. Westbrook was placed on the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday with right elbow inflammation.
