The St. Louis Cardinals shuffled around their starting rotation on Friday, optioning pitcher Mike Parisi to Triple-A Memphis and purchasing the contract of pitcher Mitchell Boggs from Memphis. Boggs, 24, was 5-1 with a 3.28 earned run average in 12 starts with Memphis this season, holding opposing hitters to a .230 batting average.
